We want you to love your VOESH experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in gently used or unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print at home to attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items securely in their original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
